Thank you for purchasing a Hero Designer version 3 support contract!

This document explains how to access the support site for Hero Designer, where you will be able to download the installer, find updates to the application, find and upload characters, templates, export formats, and other file types.

The Hero Designer support site can be accessed at:

Login to the site using the same username and password that you used in the Hero Games Online Store when you purchased the support contract.


Please note that Hero Designer version 3 requires that you have a functioning installation of Java on your system (version 5 or better*).  You can find installers for Java freely available at:

http://java.com
